I suppose it is the same as in standard renders. In render options check "render in new window" and set the size you need. I hope this can help.

You know I've been trying to figure that out as well... you can't render it so what to do.....?

Sorry, I don't use the sketch designer a lot and I could only make a guess... I'm not at home and I don't have Poser and the manual in front of me so I can't verify myself, but can you render a sketch designer animation? If so maybe you can select single frame and set a different size of the window... I don't know if it will work, some time ago a member here suggested this trick to render a picture of only the wireframe of the scene, maybe it works in this case too?

Rendering at this size with the sketch renderer can take a very long time!

Very good explaination, The Doctor. I have tried explaining the process a few times myself, but yours is very simple and clear. Have you tried making very large sketch images? I haven't experimented enough, but it seems that there is a size limit for the sketch animation image. The same method works for wireframe, cartoon, and any other display mode by setting the quality to Display Settings instead of Sketch Settings.

It is quite easy. DL my short Tutorial at the provided link. I used to use the animation method, but now I set a new window at a larger size and resolution.
