In a well hidden room, a painting hangs on the wall. It has been said that if you knock on the picture the correct way you will be transported to the world that it shows I wish

Very nice picture so far. Nice and peacuful. The tutorial at the enclosed link might be just what you're looking for. :) What you have to do is click on the link, then go to the "Goodies" section in the sidebar frame at the left. Then click on Vue d'Esprit in the Tutorials section, and then on "Tesign's Splash Technique". I hope this helps you out.MikeJ posted Thu, 17 January 2002 at 1:45 PM

Or, you could just try this direct link, but Bloodsong's whole site is well-worth exploring. Lotsa cool stuff there, especially if you're also a Poser user. :)Varian posted Thu, 17 January 2002 at 2:17 PM

Oruda, there are previous threads (check the link) for ripples, splashes, waves and other effects. Lots of good tips and pointers. :)YL posted Fri, 18 January 2002 at 6:01 AM
Gail, the foreground of your scene is perfect (photorealistic). But the background (trees and dead trees) is like a picture, I have no idea to improve it to look more realistic. :( Yves

YL don't worry, working on the foreground at the moment. Once I've got the water right I'll fix the background up
