Subject: poser patch

i got the message on the poser 4 patch but having to copy all those files seems like a pain-im not in a hurry to install it but my question is with all thats going on with metacreations will they evr even get it on theyre sight for us to download?

They say they will have the final "tested" version on their site.

I used the patch. Copying all those files was easy, but time-consuming. Haven't used it enough yet to notice vast improvement

pa902- If you open up two copies of the dreaded Windows Explorer (or two copies of the hard drive if your on a Mac) one "to", one "from", and drag between 'em it makes it a lot easier to copy all the files- took me about two minutes. Biggest improvement I've noticed is the .obj export- if your exporting to Bryce (or whatever) it now actually works, no more text editing the file first!

Got the beta patch from Larry; also haven't used it yet: does it allow Poser to render higher than 72 dpi?

I installed it today on my Mac at work (leaving my Mac in the studio alone, crazy like a fox he is). Instal isn't all that hard. Just drag and drop between two windows in list view. I'll be giving it a thorough workout for the rest of the week as I get the final Kelly images ready for uploading. jje

anyone can you have more then one copy of poser 4 if you have two drives one on each?also if you mesh up on installing beta 4 patch then wouldnt you still have a working copy on other drive?
