Hi, I am new with Poser; it looks interesting and is cheap. I downloaded Realistic texture for P4 woman. I want poser 4 female to looks better, changing the texture. I changed the Realistica.bmp to realistic.tif using photoshop. Then renamed P4 woman texture in the subdirectory poser 4 textures to other and renamed realistic.tif to p4 woman texture and copied it. Didnt show poser the changes. I dont know if its possible to duplicate an cr2, rsr; use another name and use other compatible texture. I have Poser Pro Pack and cant install Pro Pack service release 3. The instalation software says couldnt find pro pack. Also my Victoria character doesnt show up, like before, I reinstaled Poser 4, Pro Pack and Daz3d victoria 2 for poser. I looked for tutorials with no lucks. Thanks.

I'm getting ready for bed, and can't easily answer all these questions. There is a problem for Poser Pro Pack if your Poser folder is in the Metacreations folder, rather than Curious Labs. Use a file manager to find your Poser folder. Then install the Poser Pro Upgrade. When you see the installation routine say it's looking for your Poser/Poser Pro folder, click cancel. Then point the installation to the proper folder, and proceed. You will be all set with that! I've included a link to my Basic Tutorial about textures. You'll also find some other tutorials that might be of help. My tutorials are pretty much geared towards beginners. Ron

Also, you might want to buy one more thing and that is Spectre3's textures Maria, Laura and Arial or all of them, they are only $5.00 each he has mat files for them already and after you place your files in the right directory they give you all your textures on the model as soon as you click the little picture in your library, these textures are like the best I have every seen for Victoria. Really spectular. Sharen go to spectre3 in the market place.
