Yes, Traveler and myself will be here to help in any way with your use of this incredible program called Adobe Photoshop!! Adobe Photoshop is arguably the most comprehensive and popular photo editor around. In fact, I don't know very many computer artists who don't use Photoshop on an almost daily basis, regardless of what other programs they may use. In this forum we plan on answering your questions and helping you where we can, but at the same time enlightening ourselves too, for this program is not one where you can actually say, "I know it all now, there is nothing left for me to learn." Adobe Photoshop has two distinct identities. The basic light side that we all use and know of and is a must in the use of this program; and the special dark side that is forever full of surprises, with it's never ending parade of filters and intimidating commands such as dissolve and difference. It will be a sincere pleasure participating in this forum and I look forward to your visits. And I am honoured to be working with the most talented and knowledgeable Traveler. 3DSprite

I'd rather be stroked and filled. ::evil grin:: Not joking! LOL Diane

Hmmm, I am tempted to give you a special tour of my Eye Candy Filter? It has an awful lot of interesting effects such as "jiggle" and "swirl". But then on the other hand, perhaps you would just prefer a standard filter such as "pointillize", heh, heh!! Nice to have ya here Diane. 3DSprite

Ooooh, sounds kinky!! Yes, like I said, Photoshop does have its attributes and it certainly does have that "dark side", heh, heh. :)

DTHUREGRIF posted Thu, 30 December 1999 at 6:27 PM

Well, Trav, plastic wrap would certainly be interesting. But let's not forget about "trace contour" and "extrude". Then there's always KPT's "texture explorer" and "intensity f/x". After that, we could move on to Zaxwerks "3D invigorator". And once we've gone through all of those, we could fire up Filter Factory and make our own! Diane :)

Oh Diane!! Your such a tease!!! Heh, heh!

This may; after all, prove to be the most interesting of the forums. After all; we may have to "translate" our "skewed" ideas. (He he...couldn't resist!) David

Oh wow! I can't wait to see how this forum will turn out. So far so good. I never thought of filter being used in these interesting kinds of ways. I am already learning something. I can actually learn a lot by reading other people's messages. I am surprised nobody used "pinch" or "twirl" or "holoscrew" in their interesting conversations. Hmmmm. I will definitely come back to this forum. Adam
