I am trying very hard to do feathers in post-production (eventually I want to do a feathery texture map) but I don't seem to be able to get the hang of it. It always ends up looking furry rather than feathery. (see the 'belt' on the female figure in the picture). Any suggestions? I've tried actual scans of feathers but I'm not happy with those results either. Also does anyone know of a rose prop for Poser? Actually, I'll take just about any flower, but a rose would best. *Stares at picture* Definitely looks more furry than feathery. And I need to fix her lips... and add a background. *SIGH* An artist's work is never done... ;-) Have a great New Year everyone!

Sorry, can't help you with the feathers because I am having problems with these too. I think I saw some feathers textures for downloading but they were way over 5meg. As for the rose, you can find a variety of flowers at 3D cafe http://www.3dcafe.com/asp/meshes.asp?
