I am astounded at what the TOS allows to happen here. Today, Mosca posted an image that communicates "fuck you" as loudly as the written word...in fact more so...giving credence to "a picture is worth a thousand words". Now before posting this image, he made a post in the C&D forum, telling Richabri, who has politely voiced his opinion about the band of bullies in the C&D, that he just posted an image, specifically for Richabri. In other words, he created an image to tell Richabri "fuck you" and posted it in the galleries. Now, if I or anyone commented on an image by saying "fuck you", I would be in violation of the TOS. However, if the C&D bullies wish to post an image sending that message to community members..well heck, that's just fine and dandy...no violation of the TOS at all. Is it just me or is there something terribly wrong with this picture? Personally, I'm fed up with the C&D bullies, and their responses to anyone who disagrees with them. Someone needs to consider the TOS and the use of our galleries to send profane messages to an individual community member.
