I wonder if it is possible to add another folder to the poserlibrary. I thought about an extra folder where you could store the Matpose files because it slightly gets out of my control and I have a hard time to find what I am looking for in the Posefolder. I know how to create a new subfolder but what about a library folder?

Try naming your MAT pose files from .pz2 to .cm2 Now they can be accessed from the less used camera folder. (You'll have to move them there manualy after you've changed the extension)

Here is a thread that might help. I asked a different question but the result is about the same. Just love the input you get here.

The short answer is no. You seem to be stuck with the preset library folders. Your only option really is to tidy up what you already have in Windows Explorer or similar. Hopefully Poser 5 (When??) will address this.

Thanks for the input :-) I think I will go over and delete some (or most?) of the posefiles I do not use - after this there will be lots of room again in that folder.

Why not move them to another drive or archive them to a CD or Zip disk? Then you can pop them back in the library if you want to use them.

I have all my Poserdownloads saved on CD so nothing is lost when I delete something. But this stuff is getting more and more :-)))).
