Hi I already sent this message to the sales email, however I have not recieved a response. I placed an order for Ms Olympia by Aruduino. The order went through but it was not added to my download list. I called the bank and they verified that there was a charge from Bondware today, so I know the transaction went through since I was charged. At this point who do I need to contact to resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated Thanks Keith Ahlstrom

Koda, all I've gotten when I've tried to purchase items today has been "Order Processing Failure!" and "Invalid account number", even though I'm doing nothing different than usual and my credit cards are in good standing. I don't know what's going on, but at least you know your transaction completed. I just hope I haven't bought the same things 3 times from multiple tries... bradleyg

Hi I got the same thing as well. Be careful however because bondware did process a charge according to my bank even though I recieved an error message about an invalid account ID Keith

Lovely... Well, thanks for letting me know. I may have multiple charges by now from multiple attempts. Time to check with my bank...and stop attempting to purchase. bradleyg

I just had the same thing happen. I think I tried 3 or 4 times. This isn't good. If all those charges go through, other things could go bouncy-bouncy.

We made some changes to the purchasing system and are working on the problems. If you enter your card number with a space or dash between numbers please try again without the spaces between the numbers. I will post any other potential fix's when we come across them. We appreciate your working with us through this process. yvette renderosity admin

I tried again, entering my card number without spaces and it worked without a problem. I also didn't have any phantom charges on my account. Thanks for the tip!

Had the same problem. Works fine now without the spaces.

Order Processing Failure!
AVS Failed: avsaddr=X, avszip=X , please try again.
I really hope I haven't been charged 4 times for a $10 product.
I never enter any spaces or dashes in my CC number.

I'm sure this is all related to recent changes with our secure processing system. We will be looking into all your emails on Monday when we can contact a live person on the other end of our merchant account. I know this has put several of you out this weekend and I hope you will accept our sincere appologies. You should be hearing back from me or another admin tomorrow. yvette

nikitacreed I got the exact same error. If the system recharged with every try I'm dead meat. I tried at least ten times to make a $29 purchase. Ohhhhh my head hurts....

Poor neurocyber! Sheesh! I haven't checked with my bank yet this morning. I will do it as soon as I can and let you know if I was repeatedly charged. I don't think I was though. My bank would most likely have called and asked me if I had made those 4 or 5 consecutive charges if I had. I love small town banks. :o)

Many of you I have already talked to. However, If you are still having problems, please email store@renderosity.com with what you wanted to purchase, the amount and type of error you are receiving. I can probably put the purchase through manually. We are still working through this problem with our credit card processor. thanks, yvette
