I've installed Victoria 2 in Poser 4 but when I put Victoria or Vicky body I have this error: "The file has a newer version number than expected. Poser will attempt to read it anyway" and I can't use this model and the clothes and hair not conform whith the body...what can I do??? Francisco Gonzalez fga_mail@yahoo.es

This error message apears ,if you use something made in poserpropack and you use it in poser with out propack. Poser can handle it normally without any problems. It causes not the problems you describe.

I get that error message MANY times when I use some pose sets that are obviously made with Poser Pro Pack. There are no rsrs. I've updated to Poser v 4.03 too.

I get it quite often to, just press yes and it finds what it wants. But I don't recall it ever happening with victoria's.

That happened to me so I went to the poser website and updated to version 4.03 and now I dont get it.

I updated to 4.03, and even have that update save folder to prove it. I still get that error.

I got errors similar to this when I first updated with the 4.03 patch. I discovered that some files got messed with that shouldn't have when the patch was installed...reinstalled those files from the directory that was set up when the patch was installed and quit getting the version block. Check for "Poser4 Updater Save" or something similar on your harddrive to find theses files....can't remember what files I had to reinstall now..sorry. This problem didn't seem to affect everybodies systems....but have seen this problem addressed on other forums.
