I tried to return the DownTown model after purchasing but was refused by Renderosity and the merchant. This was shocking to me because before this I though Renderosity was one of the most customer friendly sites around. Now I know that are just like the rest. So, be careful about what you purchase because if it's of low quality you will be stuck with it. Perhaps if this site allowed negative comments I would have known better...
