The Photoshop actions are by Silvermermaid, and are here in Free Stuff. They are meant to be used with the RSR-converter utility by harper (Philip Foss), also here in Free Stuff. Do a search on keyword "converter", and you'll find them both on the same page.

I prefer yarp's rsr/png converter for P3dO Explorer, myself. The image editor now has alpha channel support.

As a side note.. making actions is REALLY easy for stuff like this. Just do the necessary operations while recording the action.. then poof, you have your action! I followed the iris tutorial at, uh, was it in-depth arts(?) and made an action of it while I was following it. =D

That reminds me, Ironbear has a Photoshop/RSR-converter tutorial in PDF format in the tutorial section. It's worth checking out.
