Not quite ready for the gallery, but its a start. I made this on a friends machine, cause I don't have some of the models he does. Just playing around a bit. The image looks to "cartoonycgi" for my taste, but I was kind of limited, and I had to make the dragon texture on the fly. But the message is still there..."Bad BOY!" And yes, that is a rolled up newspaper. hehe

ROFL... and i love the wisp of smoke coming out of the dragon's nostrils, and the abashed look on his face!

LOL I just looked at that again and realized that the "valley" background has telephone polls in it. Oops lol

You need a better background and better lighting, but the gestures and expressions are priceless. The look in the dragon's eye, especially. This has much promise, so I hope that you keep working on it. Carolly

What a great concept. I love it. Look forward to seeing it when it is finished.

ROFL...the idea is great and the expression in the Dragon's face too funny. I think it was an accident and wasn't his intention to burn down the house - or he has listened to Talking Heads and got inspired... who knows.

In re the telephone poles: Hey, we're talking fantasy here, right? So why the heck not have telephone poles?

artnik posted Sun, 10 February 2002 at 11:34 AM

You could probably use the clone brush (most art programs have one), to remove the poles if you like the background itself, and want to keep it.
