As you probably knows that a while ago, friends of ours have been complaining about a sudden rise in price and limitation of DSL d/l thingy (Sympatyco HSE)......... about 80$ for 5 gigs cap of d/ls .......I have another disturbing news. Australia (Oz) also doing the same thing, as Telstra raise the price to 90$ for 3 gigs cap......... This suddenly out of nowhere price mark up and d/l limit syndrome has crossed several continents on earth... in very frightening contagius ways......... If you ppl have information about this. I have Cablevision's Optimum Online and all I've heard was there planning to rise my rates by $5.00 US a month after my first year agreement is up. But nothing about a Bandwidth Cap.
