Found another "Peeling Paint" image...taken with the Richo KR10 and a Pentax 50mm lens.

It was on the side of a building that had had many layers of advertisements painted over each other...just had to snap it!

And another thing! Thankyou Joe and Alpha for getting me enthusiastic about bas-relief and peeling paint!

Yep, I knew someone would ask that...thanks again! :-)>

I don't know what I did there, but somehow I lost some finer detail in the 'D' and the 'FINE' I think I still like the colour version better, Alpha! I'll keep playing with this one...as you probably gathered, the first version had been subject to the 'bas-relief' treatment.

A wonderful teacher is what you are! Thanks my man! (I always forget that you can mask things), I'll try that after I've had a sleep, I think...time for bed for sleepy clowns! :-O> yawning

The colour one is great, I like the multilayered effect from the adverts, peeling paint is getting exciting!

I think it definitely looks best in color. Hey - you used some of that 'bas relief overlay' technique that's been talked about lately, didn't you? Looks great! Joe
