I think this one has more of the feel of the actual subject (any guesses??)

I had to compress the second one quite a bit & I think it lost something, here's a slight variation.

I really like it. Don't have much of a clue what it is. Some sort of scouring pad? [Like #2 or #3 best. #1 gets lost in my monitor; still haven't fixed the gamma.]

Um./ The first on way too dark for me. I can barely see it. But the stuff is plastic netting. I'm not sure if netting counts as a texture. Canyou call it a sea sponge. I won't tell. Opps I gave it away! =;-P > Bsteph

Cool, although the 1st one I can't see, and I think my gamma is calibrated just fine. Looks like one of those spongie things I like to shower with!

I am, therefore I create.......

Hi Bev! I can see No 1. on my monitor, but it is a bit dark...No. 2 image is definitely my favourite...cool image of, um...(what the others said) anyhow!

1st one is fine on mine, yeah, definately plastic netting, but it looks tubular....if it wasn't so think I'd say it was the stuff they use for fruit or vegetables, y'know, where there is a long string of them encased in this plastic stocking. S'pose in that case it must be Bsteph's kinky fetish gear. (",)

Bsteph in his fetish gear?? You were right Michelle a shower *thingie* : ) I agree with you guys 2 is the best. I'd forgotten about the gamma problem mine is set at Mac default which is way brighter than windows. On my screen the highlights in 1 have a sort of neon transparent glow (?!) which I liked but the colour is horrible! Definitely one for b&w.

OK. I give up it's too dark on my moniuter at home BUT it's fine at work! usually the work monitor is a tad too bright. However today it's seems to be ok. Thanks for the final post of the sponge elf. It is now my windows wallpaper! Bsteph

I like the first one best (and looks fine here) because of the soft color and the highlights on the edges. It seems very organic, as if it's alive! Even so, never would've guessed it had its own smiley face! LOL!
