If you are looking for a solution to digital noise removal, you should try NeatImage. it's cheap, it works, and there's a fully functional demo.Syyd posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 6:11 AM
Oh thanks very much for this, downloaded it and am going to mess around.....I find the grain sometimes to be a massive disappointment. I am setting up my manual now, going to start experimenting, but this sounds plain neat!

Actually this has WAY more options.... Another kick a** plug-in for photoshop is called Test Strip http://www.vividdetails.com (con: $$$$) There is a demo however. I'm glad I bought this one though...great for color photography... Color balance ring-arounds, exposure tests, tons of options.

Thanks Kruka, It seems to perform a major smooth filter though. Is there a way to de smooth things? Actually I think I'll just try out the demo and see what I can do. $30.00 for a full version is really good though!!! Bsteph
