Subject: Renderosity Sampler free with 3d World magazine

I'm surprised not to see earlier posts about this, but I highly recommend that everyone purchase the current issue of 3D World. The CD includes free samples from artists at the Renderosity MarketPlace. I'm particularly partial to PhilC's Dwayne/Mr Trog character and look forward to further commercial releases in this series.

There was a thread a few days ago. It mentioned the material was in the Feb issue. I got my subscription issue the next day, & it was #21 - didn't see a date. Material wasn't there. What issue # do you find it in? (I get 3D World from Britain, by Future Pub. Is ther another Mag of the same name?)

Leather-guy, that is the magazine. I live in the UK and I've seen it on the shelves! I'm not sure if it's the current one or not, I last saw it a couple of weeks ago. If I see it again I'll note the issue number and let you know. Baz

Ahh yes Mr Dwayne Trog. He longed to to travel, to see foreign parts this seamed an apt way to make his wishes come true. I understand that a second CD is being considered. Those astute in the use of the forum's search option may find a hint as to what I'm considering for inclusion on that :)

Thanks, All! I'll start checking the newsstands for it - Got a note today from Future my Subscription was up, I'll renew, but don't want to risk missing 22 in the meantime. Thanks again!

I tried to buy this issure from their website. Two days ago I got the message that it was sold out. :( Thankfully I got it yesterday on a newsstand. :) WOW, there is some good stuff on the CD. :D

That the stuff will be in the first issue of the Renderosity magazine, too (hint, hint!). With some kind of installer or browser too, not the raw Zips like I understand this one has.

Beauty! I ordered that within 20 minutes of it being offered in the Market! (Just happened to be placing an order when it was posted.) I hadn't realized it would have a CD!
