I have downloaded some props that has moveable parts, like this kirby stocks. There is a dial to control the clip open and close. I hope to make such kind of prop.So imported two parts in poser but I dont know how to joint them together. I cant find tutorials about this ,can anyone tell me how to do that ? Thx!

Posing props in the manner shown here is done as a morph, which can be done within Poser. You would load the two parts of your prop and pose them in a closed position then export them as one OBJ. Then import the OBJ and re-apply the texture materials and save this as your Poser prop, lets call it "Closed Position". Put this aside. Repose your original two props in the open position and export them as one OBJ, do not save as a morph target as the "no world transformation" will defeat the object of what your are doing here. Although you do not save it as a morph target it still can be used as one.

Then you would apply the morph target to the "Closed position" Poser prop, give the morph dial a name like "open" and you have a posable prop. I know this is wordy, and if none of it is clear I can do a step-by-step version.

The snapshot above is an extending spear I`ve just done using this exact method, except the position morphs were done outside of Poser.
Hope this is of some help B) MARK.
