Is there any way one can retime the entire animation in Poser in order to make it longer? Or do I have to do it in Premiere?

In the animation controls, there's a command window for retiming. It's one of the few things actually covered in the manual.

Yes, However, when I try to type in a different "destination" frame - a window pops up that says the destination box cannot exceed what's already in it (30 frames, or whatever) making it impossible to retime the animation. What's wrong????

Use the "Animation Palette"
Click on the "total frames" box and increase the number to the total frames you want...
you can "retime" the animation and set the "destination frames" to the new total number of frames.

Many thanks -- I think I tried that without success, but will give it another whirl when I get in on Monday.
