I need pointing to a hair prop free/marketplace.. whatever, that is or could be made to look the most like the one shown!! - I have tried Kozaburo's Morph hair, but cant get that to look quite right. I have had a scour through both freestuff and the marketplace, but havent had time to see the lot and just wondered whether anybody can think of a suitable one quickly!?!? - URGENT DEADLINE! Thanks in advance!

Geralday just made a P4-style haircut that looks real similar - prolly could be modified and then a transmapped applied to fit (though it will take some work to do the transmapping...) Link is enclosed if you want to give it a whirl.

Anton's changing ponytail could get you close too...

Oh... I should mention, you'd need the expansion pack as well as the original VCPC... this hair option is in the expansion pack I believe.

No problem kromekat... glad the image could help. But trust me... you'll get more than your money's worth out of that hair... there's SO much you can do with it.

Cin- posted Wed, 20 February 2002 at 11:53 AM

I always start out with Vicky zeroed and load it in parented to her head... it would be nice if it conformed... but I know Anton said there was a reason why it didn't... something about confusing people with non-existant body parts... but once you get used to loading the hair first before you pose your figure it's easy enough to work around...

I removed the apparently 'offensive' comment , but as I said in the IM, you should be a little more open to criticism, it is afterall an expensive item(s) (on the scale) , despite its versatility, and too have to spend time actually getting it to fit a completely 'out of the box' Vicky1 when you have a deadline to meet is infuriating! - ah well, job done. :)

Let's get something straight. You bought my product which entitles you to use it as you see fit and of course have an opinion. What you did not buy is the right to call me an idiot without me having something to say about it. Calling me an idiot is not criticism-just plain rude and not something I ever plan to be "open" to. Zero your figures hip and body and you will see that it fits "out of the box" A simple apology would have been in order and not a lame resoponse trying to save face.

I did not call you an idiot - i said it was an 'idiotic oversight' for an item such as this, at that price, to require extra effort just to have the thing fit the model it's supposed to. {Zero your figures hip and body and you will see that it fits "out of the box"} Didn't notice that in the blurb when I bought it!? Anyway, as I said, 'calm down', you are being over sensitive. I was annoyed and under pressure at the time and so retract the severity of my comment now (hence it's removal) but I do not need to 'save face' for anything. My criticism of the product (for that one problem) is valid and remains, and you should be a big enough to accept that. I have bought other products of yours in the past, and if necessary, I will again. And from what I see, they are of a high quality in most cases. Best wishes kromekat

Just keep what you call critism limited to the products and not me personally. Also read the read-me and consider email if you have a question.

I read the read-me. That didnt sort out the problem, even following the set of coordinates I was told to punch in. If I had had time to email you or Daz and wait for a reply that might have taken a few hours or days to come, I would have. Anton, I don't know you, you don't know me, but you are over reacting and being patronising in the process (especially in your IM) The subject is closed as far as I am concerned and was hardly worthy of this much attention in the first place.

How come you dont go into Cinema 4d and make one? Curious ........................?

kromekat posted Sun, 26 May 2002 at 4:21 AM

At the time - 3 months ago, I wasn't using cinema to that level! - Now I would feel far more confident to tackle something like that.
