I just bought the DAZ Micheal 2 from DAZ (they are having a sale). This is a bare bones Michael, without any textures, etc. Can anyone point me to a good basic texture for this model? I gather the textures are a bit different from the Poser4 textures. I need something to get me started. I'm fairly ignorant on this, and I'd appreciate any pointers. Thanks, -Nando.

There are some very good textures in the MarketPlace here for very reasonable prices. I bought the one from DAZ, and while it's a very good, there are some here that are better and cheaper. There are some nice ones in the Free Stuff section too, to get you started.

I bought the textures from Daz as well, (Mike's hi-res) was dissapointed. Look at some of the work here. They have some great skins here. I think StefyZZ's Edo and Skincult's Gabriel are must haves (I love them both) There are many others too, as well as a few skins in the free stuff area, which are also very good.

do a search in free stuff for symphony (texture called "tesoro") and shadowcat (I threw together a set for the P4's and the Mil's) while you'r at it you can grab a robe, 2 mantle's & 2 jackets that thip created for mike. (I'm just hosting the clothes)

I'd definitely put Steffy's Edo (which I still need), and Syyd's Adam and Gabriel at the very top of the I Want list.

Did you get the frr textures that came with him? They are on the bottom of the product page at the Daz site. It's a start. Oh and all Michael textures fit.
