I looked in the free stuff area, searching on bump and lips, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Is there a decent lip bump map free thing out there by any chance?

Which figure do you need this for? There are quite a few textures sets in the FreeStuff area that could contain these, but not show up in a search for "bump and lips".
