Hey all Well as it sais i need a tool that will allow me to make animations in poser and export them into vue 4 does such a thing excist if so please please let me know cheers dolly

It sort of exists. There is a program called "Natural Pose" that will allow this. If I remember correctly, it will render a frame in Poser, save it, then import it into a scene in Vue, render it, then start the process again for the next frame. At least that is what my understanding is.

Yes, in fact, that's axactly that ! It will export your model in frame one and render it, then, reimport it in frame two and render it again, etc... The only problem is that you can't have control on your character within vue... Hope this will help you... :-)
