corbies.jpg This is a Vue 4 interpretation of an ancient Scottish Border Ballad called 'Twa Corbies'. If anyone wants to read the whole poem, a Google search for the title will produce heaps of URLs. Briefly, it is about two corbies (rooks) discussing a dead knight before they eat him. The rooks are by Lyne. The corpse is a Poser William Wallace figure by John Malis. I removed the clothes from the upper body, and made a copy of the figure's texture with blood on the chest. I did a bit of post work in PSP to make the blood run down the rock. The sword is by Eddie Carey . The shield is by me and made in Rhino. It is a bit grisly, but I thought of it as soon as I saw Lyne's crows and rooks. I thought I had posted this this afternoon, but I can't see it in the list. I hope I did not post it to the wrong forum. I must be getting vague in my old age! sig6.gif

Cool idea and great picture. My only problem could be on the Wallace pose, it looks to me unatural for a corpse...
