Well, having been given the old heave-ho by MetaCreations, I'm starting my own software company: FractalWorlds.com. We'll be brining you planets like those seen in: http://www.wizardnet.com/musgrave/planets.html http://www.wizardnet.com/musgrave/gaea_zoom.mpeg You'll be able to explore as well as terraform. It'll be a year or so before we can get this to market, so "don't hold your breath." But the fact is, most of the (inorganic) natural phenomena seen in most of the terrain rendering products, are based on my publications in the technical literature of computer graphics.
