But seriously. Traveler's armor is very good stuff. it conforms realy sweet and has the MT to cover the odd body shapes we think up. and it sits down very well, with very little collision (a bit less thatn the normal amount for clothed seated poses) and the best part is that it is alot more "Accurate" as armor goes. True Xurge's armor is the prettiesed you'll find. but for some pretty ain't enough, and they want accurate. brothers, and sisters, addicts all this armor is just that.

Traveler posted Fri, 01 March 2002 at 8:04 PM
Thanks everyone :) SciFiGuy: If you go to the whats new page, go to the bottom, and there is a next page button. It's there they just haven't moved it to the front yet :)

Solid heavy metal, going going gone.....man I bought purchased a small fortune today!!!!!!! this is fantastic!
scifiguy posted Fri, 01 March 2002 at 8:38 PM
Holy crap! So it is! Huh...I thought that button would just load more "old new stuff" like the rest of the page (Daz' new page has the longest lifespan I've ever seen). Sheesh! You'd think a "new" flag would move stuff up to the top automatically.

You can also purchase, separately, chain and gold mail set for Michael, or for Vicki. I separated them out in case there were other Armor sets you had floating around that you needed chain mail for. 8-)
Here's a pic of the armor textures.

I'm gonna be in debt forever, but damned that foot massage was worth it ;) Oh, and the armour is pretty spiffy too LOL That filigree armour is sensational.

Traveler, as a SCA armor and student of the art I want to compliment you on the accuracy of your armor! It is, absolutely, the most accurate I've seen to date! One small item though, I notice on your original picture that the straps for the greaves are missing. Just thought I'd point this out, in case it was an oversite, as I said, otherwise this is a phenominal model! and one I intend to purchase! mike

Once again, Thanks Everyone! Dee: The textures are incredible, and the Filgree bump maps are just outstanding! Mike: Thank you! I built the armor plate by plate istead of my old way of modeling. It took longer but the results were worth it. As to the straps, There are straps, but they are at boot level, so they are kind of hard to see. I could (and will gladly) make a smart prop for a strap that crosses the points below the knee. I wasn't sure what freebies I would do for this set, but some extra straps (I will do a set for the upper chest plates too) and maybe some extra reflect maps sound like a plan. -Eric
