I'm sure a number of you already know this but I just figured it out and have been kicking myself. If you've ever had the problem of Vicky's boots/shoes flying off her feet when you apply a MAT pose to her outfit and having to reconform the outfit each time, I now know how to stop it from happening. And I can't berlieve I overlooked something so simple. :-) All you need to do is make sure you've turned off Inverse Kinetics (IK) for both Vicky and the clothing/boot/shoe model you want to apply the MAT pose file to FIRST. Then when you apply the MAT pose her boots/shoes will stay on her feet. :-) Daio, who still can't believe it took her so long to figure this out.
