Subject: I`m stuck again!

Hope someone can help me with this problem. I know you are all so helpful. Ive made an animation in Poser, imported the scene into Max then combined it with a scene I am working on. The animation runs fine. I want to use the scene in shockwave, when I export it as w3d the poser box shows up arround the figure and the polygons are all pulled out of shape on the figure. (I was using a static poser figure for the same thing, the low poly boy and it handled the mesh with out animation no problem.) Ignoring the strange yellow box I imported the scene into director but when I run the file I get script errors, saying the model is the wrong type. I assume this is becasue it is parented to the poser scene and universe. When I unparent it in max the figure vanishes. If I convert the figure to editable mesh I loose the animation. Has anyone done this type of thing or am I just being too ambitious with it. I know you can do figure animations with character studio but I like Poser and find CS hard to get along with. Plus Ive used Poser for the video clips in the rest of the application, so I`d like it to match up. Any ideas would be welcome.
