Hi there. I am relatively new to Renderosity and made my first online purchase yesterday. I bought Sharkey's angelyna wings. When I try to load it from additional figures I get an error message that I am out of memory? I've got lots of space and lots of memory so I'm confused about what this error message relates to. I checked the readme file to make sure I had loaded everything into the correct directories? The readme file said to load the .cr2 and .rsr files in the: Poser4Runtimelibrariesaddditional character directory... as I didn't have an addition character directory I put it in the additional figures directory. Is this the problem? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I did send an email yesterday but thought I'd try here. Thanks RainbowGypsy

There should be no problem with the cr2 in any directory under Poser4Runtimelibrariesfigures...
The memory error message is Posers default message if something is wrong, it usually dosen't have anything to do with memory. One common error is a damaged rsr file in the geometry folder. Go to the Poser4RuntimeGeometriesXXXX folder (XXXX is the name of the folder where you installed the angelyna wings object file). In this folder is an obj file for the wings and an rsr file with the same name. Delete this rsr file, Poser will recreate it, if the wings are used again. This should correct the error.
PS: The angelyna wings where my first purchase also. :)

Hi there, thanks for the tip. I tried this and it didn't seem to fix the problem. Still get the same out of memory message. I really appreciate your suggestion. I thought it was likely something I must have done because everyone else uses them and has purchased them here and had no problems. I'll contact the merchant as Clint suggested Thanks again RainbowGyspsy
