Everytime I select stephanies head I get this message and poser gets all weird : Exception handler: Caught c exception at acces_violation trapped at1774d 311.....It's the same with mike(which I only bought to get steph)....does anybody know how to solve this(or at least what causes it?)...

Yup. The poser 4.03 patch fixes this problem.
