Stethoscope. My wife is a nurse; most of her outfits are two pieces, a top with buttons halfway down and a skirt or white slacks. She is required to wear a name-badge somewhere (usually on a cord around her neck, or in a plastic badge holder)

I believe Nurse Pratchet (available in the free stuff) has very definite views on what equipment is considered standard and is demonstrating the correct method of its application :)

Looks good so far.... You might also like to add one of those watches nurses have that hang upside down...they look like pocket watches but usually are pinned sort of like a babies name broach. hope this description isn't too confusing :)
