Chris and I would like to offer our heartfelt thank you for those that have purchased our newest set "Forest Mysteria" and/or the Companion Plant Pack. We hope you enjoy rendering with it as much as we enjoyed putting this package together.

I will be setting up a page on our website for the extras for this package as we put them together, and will let you all know as soon as we do. In the meantime, if you point your browser to the included link you'll find a quick little package we've put together. The zip is set to extract to folders.

1 MAT to change to looks of the pond.

3 cameras to set on the pond itself. I used one of these cameras in my Mystic Moon render, just so you have an idea what they look like

2 different clumps of grass to plunk around to lessen that 3D look even more.

1 more lily shown in the foreground (you will need the FM Plant Pack to use this) with texture

3 more light sets

An additional texture to use with the grass for closeups

Forest Mysteria and the Companion Plant Pack will be on sale through 3/9/02 in addition to the rest of our store(s)

What we do in life, echoes in eternity.

Thank you so much for creating this package. I tried my first renders tonight. It has inspired me to make a whole series of images! Really awesome job guys. Thanks again!

This is the first time I've run across your products, and they're absolutely beautiful. Alas, I don't have Poser and don't anticipate getting it in the near future. And I'm enough of a Bryce newbie not to know the percentage of these items that would be workable for me. I see lots of .obj and .jpg files in your list, but I also see lots of Poser-specific files. Can you tell me what I would be missing out on if I bought some of your packages for use just in Bryce? Thanks.

Did you know Sipapu, that Curious Labs gave away a free full version of Poser 3 in las months Computer Arts magazine? The mag runs about $14.00 US and you can upgrade from this version cheap too I believe. I've already given my copy to another renderosity member who couldn't find the mag locally but you should be able to buy it from the Compouter Arts site. P.S. I put a link below if you don't already have it. SmoothG

Oh, thanks for that link, SmoothG. I've been wandering around the 3D World magazine site looking for info. I thought that was the mag that had the free version. Will head off to Computer Arts now. My problem is that there's no way I can buy the mag locally, either - verrrrry rural area. Wish that give-away were in a U.S. mag, though. Thanks again. Here I go to the UK.... LOL!

Hi Sipapu, Both FM and the plant pack are usable in Bryce. I had no problems importing the obj's though I had to assign my own materials. If you want to go that way, just IM me and I'll put together a list for the assignments. The Poser specific files refer to light and camera settings, material changes and placement poses, which you wouldn't be able to use for Bryce. HTH, ~judith~

And thank you Judith! I will take you up on that offer for the list of assignments. Don't at all mind assigning the mats myself, since that's pretty much what I usually do in Bryce anyway. It'll be a while, because I pay for my purchases by mail, so I'll IM you once I've actually made the download. Hope you're enjoying your caffeine hit(s)! :-)

Spare another cup of that coffe? It was a long night. ;-) SmoothG

Ah, another insomniac :))) Sure thing on the coffee. Very strong and black, hope you don't mind. ;) Sipapu, I'll get that list together for you and upload it to the MP to include in the download. We don't want to leave out any Brycers! I started as a Brycer and still do on occasion.
