I purchased a character which requires a fix (no names...yet). Anyway, the fix was promised 2/21/02...again on 3/4/02. Nothing yet. I realize that vendors have other things to do...don't we all, but what is a reasonable amount of time to allow before I start screaming on the "feedback" form? g
