I decided what the hey... I'd work on creating a male character (yeah, it's more fun to play with the ladies, but you're not going to grow much as an artists if you only look at what you enjoy.) Anyhoo, I discovered that Mike needs some morphage - badly. for starters, not all guys have a huge blunt chin (I sure as hell don't...) The nose is also missing morphs that I kinda got used to on Vicky (narrowing that bridge all the way down to the nostrils for starters; not just up at the eyes.) This is a WIP so far of what I got done... I call it "The Timothy Project" No texturing at all yet, and I'm also looking to either find a Mike ponytail hairdo, or to adapt Kozaburo's if needs be. So; while I'm at it, what kind of guys do y'all want to see? /P

PS... anything to bring the ears forward a bit? Heh - Guess I got three magnets to work on building... :) /P

It'd be nice if you can get rid of his boobs. And a morph that allows him to suck in and/or extend his gut (and look realistic). Lee's Muscle Morphs do those things perfectly for the dork, but no one has done it for Mike (that I know of).

Something like this for the chest. You know, flat, like most men's.

I think you're doing a damn fine job! He actually looks like a normal guy instead of some character out of a superman comic! I'd like to see a morph to lift his chin a little, make the distance betwen the bottom of his lower lip and the tip of his chin a bit smaller. It doesn't need much but all poser characters seem to suffer from the huge chin problem. And the ears do look a little far back in this render. Looking realy good so far though. Baz

I thought Mike II did all of this stuff

I think he looks good so far. Oh, and as for "being more fun to play with the ladies," that depends on one's perspective. As a woman, I find it more fun to play with Michael. LOL Jackson, who is that CUTIE??? Melanie

he kinda reminded me of a younger billy crystal when i first glanced at him. he looks cute.

Tankred: I'm using Mike 2; no dice on the needed morphs. :/ Cinnamon - heh... not sure about what determines 'cute' for a guy... but that's part of why I wanted to work with Mike in the first place... to create guys that both sexes can look at and think of as normal/'cute'/etc... basically something with a personality, but at the same time a character you'd more likely see at a mall than in a temple wearing bearskin and waving a sword around :) Jackson - yeah, I hear you there... boobs = bad for a guy. I think I may be able to shove over some of Stephanies breast morphs through, and modify Mike's chest a bit (morphs that lift the breast, ferinstance.) Hmm - Come to think of it - there's a lot of Steph's morphs that just may work, since they're basically the same mesh, I think. (Dunno about facial morphs, though. Worth a shot... 'specially for the chin.) Thanks to everyone for the input; I'll be chipping away at this one over the next few days/weeks/etc... mostly as a learning experience. /P

The image in post 5 is Mike 2? Goodness, I'd have thought this was a real person just glancing over it.

Thanks for the effort, Pengy. And ladies: why that's me, of course. Okay so it ain't me, but 15 years ago it was. I don't know who this guy is. I saw the pic whilst browsing a public relations site for Canada.

hi TJ, you might want to try morphmaster in freestuff, its an excellent util for specific morph targets, and very user friendly. cheers stu.
