One thing, nobody mentioned...when you export from poser to 3dsmax, you lose the models ability to move its limbs...in other words...pose in poser first, then export a statue. 3dsmax is a very complicated program...so if learning a piece of high-end professional software is something you've got the time and patience for...then go for it. IF not, think twice. Consider Bryce if you don't have it already. Or cararra. -Darth_LOgice

A friend of mine has 3d studio max 3 for sale c heap. I was just wondering if its compatable with poser 4. Can you transfer files from one to the other. I know nothing about this program, definite newbe here. asmith
