What are some good ones in the market place?

I don't know about the store, but there are 220 (or so) phototextures on the CD of this months 3DWorld magazine they might just be what your looking for.

And there are lots of nice ones in the Free Stuff area, too. There was another thread here recently on exactly the same subject with some good links listed; just scroll on through the archives for the last couple of weeks and I think you'll find it with no trouble.

alternate suguestions: 1)if its for personal use, scan in magazine ads or whatever else catches your eye.(best for low res) 2)digital photos taken by you. 3)corel draw has a texture editor as do other good 2d paint programs so you can make yer own. 4)gee i wish i was talented(oops wrong forum).
