I'm trying to build some more complex morph control into the Millenium figures but have run into a problem. Rather than the standard proportional control which is appropriate for bicep or calf flexing, I'm trying to work with the joint bend fix morphs for elbow and knee. I'd like these morphs not to come into effect until the joint bend exceeds 90 degrees. I know I could use limits on the morphs and I've looked at all the excellent rbtwhiz, et. al. tutorials, but it seems to me there should be a way to add or subtract an offset to the input or output morph value before it's applied to the controlled joint. I searched the resource fork (I'm on a Mac) of the Poser application (4.03) and came up with the following interesting items in addition to the expected remote control keywords: valueOpDeltaAdd deltaAddDelta these are the standard ones described in all the tutorials, but I also came up with: valueOpPlus valueOpMinus valueOpTimes valueOpDivideBy valueOpDivideInto Now I have no idea how these can be used, as I don't have the necessary syntax describing what parameters they take. Can anyone point me to a sufficiently detailed description of the Poser OBJ/CR2 file format online, or do I have to wait for the Curious Labs encyclopaedia to be published? I'm sure others have brainstormed this type of reverse engineering stuff before, but I haven't come across anything that helps me yet.

This is fascinating. I don't have any info to add but I'd love to hear about it if you find out the syntax for these. This could open up a whole range of interesting possibilities.

For others interested in this topic, I've just been pointed to a fix/workaround in the Tech forum on http:/www.poserpros.com called "How to get V2 and M2 joint fixes to auto apply". Thanks, Jaager! I'm still interested in answers to the valueOpPlus, etc. syntax, though.
