OKay... having been properly enticed by your guys, I decided to go out and buy Vue... I must say I've very impressed. This is my first rendering in Vue and I realy like it. I'm a TrueSpace man myself and have discovered something... Using TrueSpace 4 if I save an object as a 3DStudio file it imports in Vue but the textures are messed up. But if I go and try to import the same object from a TrueSpace COB file the program locks up and won't go anywhere from that point on... Have to shut it down and I lose all my presets. Is there any suggestions on this? -=> Satyr! <=-

What a beautiful scene, it just captures you, and the water is great coming up on the sides. Sharen

I downloaded them both and will attempt to give them a try... here's what I ended up with... let me know how it looks: http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=163081&Start=1&Artist=LrdSatyr8&ByArtist=Yes I hope it don't look too bad... will mess around with one of these converters and see if they will accurately transpose the object textures. Thank you all! -=> Jim! <=-

A couple of other suggestions regarding trueSpace, try the free .obj importer/exporter plugin available here http://member.newsguy.com/~cgrant/tsx/luuv ) or for a greater range of import/export options, try objectman from gothic systems, based on the 3d exploration engine, (and much cheaper!)
