The time is almost uppon me. Time for the annual Oakland, SF bay area Wondercon-Comic Book Convention. (April 19-21 ) I figure this time I'll bring my camera to hunt down costumed people. Any suggestions. Oh and death to Smootchie!! Bsteph

yeah - if anyone's dressed as Barnie for any reason, you have my permission to assasinate them on the spot. If anyone's dressed as Catwoman and they look anywhere NEAR smart - get the pics......get the pics.....mmmmmmm lol (",)

Ok! Anyone in a costume is a showoff, not bad, just is. Ask them to pose and if you think it's great get a signed release for a 1$ bill. That is in addition to the candids that are fair game to publish because of the nature of the event. Use as little direct light (flash) as possible and if it is off camera better still. Costume character contrast in subjects is always interesting.

What no peeping tom action? Darn. I figure there shoul;d be a Spiderman around. But I was wondering what would really be worth hunting down. One never knows. Sometimes these things can be too much. Perhaps the playmates will be around again this year!!! Bsteph
