I stumbled upon a *treasure trove* of free software for fractals this evening! Nice galleries and a good links page, too.

Try this link. When you copy and paste a url, that stupid prewritten http doesn't just dissapear- how dumb. I'll add that to the to do list for the programmers.

Thank you! I ended up backtracking to see why the URL suddenly wouldn't work when I tested it.......again started out researching "3D graphics converters" and again managed to arrive at that wonderful site and was going nuts trying to figure out what the heck I'd done wrong ! (D'oh!)
