I'm working on a cartoon book that will feature cel shaded 3d rendering. I'm looking for somebody who can help me make poser models from my character model sheets. These models, since they're cel shaded, need only be simple, nothing fancy. Think Justice League or Batman Animated and you get the idea. Stylized. Theme is sci-fi, not much loose clothing to content with. Email me at tedbragg@msn.com. I can only afford to pay $50 per model. This is a self pub venture, and I'm not going to stick anyone with 'royalties' promises that will probably never show up. If this isn't enough, could someone tell me which app is the SIMPLEST char modeler then? I've tried using Strata, Amapi, 3DS, to no avail. What about Hash? Any help would be great. Thanks

I like Hash, you can pretty much draw your model with it. You might want to look into it. Marque

Why not use the low res P4,P3 or P2 people? They are already super simple and the P3 guys will let you manipulate the fingers of their hands.

What kind of cartoon characters? Here is a sample image of one of ours cartoons characters. Go to our link and click on the "cartoon" section. There you can get an idea of our style of cartoon character, and whether or not it's what you're looking for. Steve Gray, (my brother) designs our characters, and Imagination Works (iw43d) builds the 3D models. CTC: pam@iw43d.com if you're interested. Tx.
