How can I open an existing Poser 3 nude figure, make a permanent change to it and save it back out so this will be the permanent nude figure I will get from now on when I select it? Is this possible? Thanks

You can save your changed figure by pressing the + sign in the "Figures" library when you have the figure selected. After that you will find it as a new figure in the "Figures" library, to be loaded any time you want to use it.
