OK, I have made up some really sweet walk cycles for V2, Posette et al. Strolling cycles, a "Runway Strut", High Heels, A high heel jog that just rocks... OK, they look beautiful in walk designer as "Walk in place" BUT when you try to use them on a path it looks like the figure is riding a rabbid jackhammer on steroids! The feet dance around as if they were wearing the Green Shoes! (10 points to the one who figures that allusion out ;-) ) I suppose that would be OK if I were trying to do River Dance. OK after 3 or 4 days I think I figured out what it takes to make a foot stick down on the path, the Y-trans value on the goal of that IK chain must be >0 OK no biggie you'd think that when the Y tran passed above zero it would release the foot form the path. NOT! The best results I've been able to produce so far has the figure looking like they are wearing magnetic boots. ( That may actually be useful. ) The back foot sticks down until the IK rips it from the floor. Not very graceful. So, who has played with walk designer enough to know what I'm ranting about and does any body have any ideas?
