I have been using Bryce 5 pretty much since it came out without problems. Used it last night but today it came up with an error while opening that said invalid password encountered and had a spot to enter the password.
The one listed on the startup page was correct but I entered it anyway and it came up with the same message.
I shut down and restarted and got the same thing, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. I also reinstalled the patch and it came up with the same error message when starting it up.
I have a Pentium 4 1.7 GHz with 512Mb of RAM. Running Windows XP. I'm not having problems with anything else and haven't made any changes to the system between last night and tonight.
Any ideas?

Agentsmith,
Thanks. I got the impression from the web site that customer service doesn't do technical support. I'll keep it in mind for the future.
I was able to get it working anyway. I forgot to check the hard drive after uninstalling and, of course, there was still a Bryce5 folder. I removed that and did the reinstall again and patched it and it seems to be working fine now. All my settings are gone but its a good thing I didn't keep my br5 files in the Bryce directory.
