Hi,people - I'm the original lurker around here, been along for the ride since '98, having fun in Poser. I've now got the hang of hosting - I have my own domain/site, bandwidth paid for - and I want to share it, give you homeless :o] Posers a place to park your files - as much as the server can stand. I haven't been web-savvy enough to do this before, but I now know how to, so fire away! I put up my first hosting yesterday for serpentis, her beautiful Vicki catsuit fishnet textures. Worked out fine, except for a few beginner's mistakes, but I only need to make mistakes once. :o} Since the URL is my own, no-one is going to have opinions about the content (except me, of course) and I have about 9 gigs / month to use up, so let's use it, OK? As far as type of content is concerned, I've got really thick skin.... I live in Sweden, everything's legal around here! Or course, I might, possibly, have to say no, or even pull something temporarily, if we hit the limit, but I think 9 gig is quite a decent ceiling. What do you say, you guys who have freebies up yourselves? Am I getting into deep water? We're talking direct link here, no ads, no nonsense, nothing - I just want to give back to this wonderful place! I'm so glad I finally have a chance to do that. Drop a line, in this thread, or by instant message or email, whichever suits you best. All we're going to need once we're agreed is a zip file (with a decent readme in it, that's a must) and a nice looking thumb. Then I'll send you a URL to put into funstuff - on any forum you see like. But this is only for Poser stuff, mind.
