Just a quick message to keep everyone interested informed, 4.02.116 is up. This patch is supposed to fix a few problems from the last one... as is stated on the ghosteffects website, it's still beta. -Rob

Thanks! I have to retract an earlier comment-the Jan 20th 4.02 beta IS more stable on my Mac than 4.0. I do find that it seems to need more memory than 3.0. The suggested allotment is around 66 Megs-but even with 90 I found it was crashing and unable to render a simple scene with the Darth Maul character. Rebooting with 300 megs (140 extra from virtual memory) everything worked nicely. From all the bugs I think I am glad I did not upgrade to 4 till recently! Eric
