I have finally modeled a humanoid figure and I am fairly pleased with her! She is a corporate assassin (for when the Competition gets too tough!) Let me know if anyone would be interested in her and If there's enough interest, I get her into testing :) Oh, name suggestions would be good too! Thanks all! Noel.

Xena ( ) posted Thu, 18 April 2002 at 6:31 PM

HOLY SH!T Noel. This is awesome!!!! And being the shoe fetishist that I am, I have to say I REALLY dig those boots ;) Lona the Black Assassin ;)

Cin- ( ) posted Thu, 18 April 2002 at 9:18 PM

I'm with Xena on this one... this is AWESOME Noel! I'm not sure about names... I'm not very good with them... not sure about Lona, but the Black Assassin has a very nice ring to it. Please please please make it avaialable, and not too expensive so I can afford to buy it! ;)

Serrge ( ) posted Thu, 18 April 2002 at 11:12 PM

ElectricAardvark ( ) posted Thu, 18 April 2002 at 11:19 PM

polys are right there Serrge...start counting, lol ~EA

Ironbear ( ) posted Thu, 18 April 2002 at 11:26 PM

I don't know about a name for her, but I could give you a list of people I'd like her to visit some night evil grin

ChromeTiger ( ) posted Fri, 19 April 2002 at 2:59 AM

No such thing as too much, huh Ironbear? You may be right... Lemme check my notes... :)

doerp ( ) posted Fri, 19 April 2002 at 3:40 AM

This is awesome! Please sell her!

Styxx ( ) posted Fri, 19 April 2002 at 4:42 AM

ok folks, I'll be sending her to my Testers in a few days :) Just have to tweak a few joints and make some more "stuff" for her. For a name, my Son suggested "Tequila" play on "ta kill ya" which I thought was pretty witty :) Thanks for the reponses guys and sorry Sherman, I I think she would kill me if I named her bun=bun.. lol... Cheers Folks! Noel

Ironbear ( ) posted Fri, 19 April 2002 at 4:46 AM

Some people have no feel for using absurdity to camoflage the deadly. ;] It's the "kill em while they're laughing" techique: "So... you're the new corporate troubleshooter?" "Yup." "What do we call you?" "Bun-bun." "BUN-BUN?!?!?? Bwahahahahahaha- " "Bang!" snicker

Hey Noel, just thought of a name... Howsabout "CASS" - The EF 150/A Corporate Assassin Unit? Dave :-) PS I also have a list of potential targets for her...Ever met a UK Traffic Warden?...(Tee hee!) ;-)

Styxx ( ) posted Fri, 19 April 2002 at 8:46 PM

ok, I have decided to go with Tequila.. works two ways.. kind of a play on words.. "ta kill ya" and she is like tequila, sneaks up on you and knocks ya on yer butt!! lol She now has a bunch of weapons and the antenna are now posable and scalable (that can't be a word) Here's a shot of her as she is now. btw, I am in no way to be held respnsible for anything she does after you buy her!! Including the "troubleshooting" of UK Traffic Wardens!! lol

As always, I'll make my request for a male version as well. It's nice having the right assassin at the right time. You could call him Slammer ...

Dave71 ( ) posted Fri, 19 April 2002 at 10:45 PM

That is so cool....

ChromeTiger ( ) posted Sat, 20 April 2002 at 1:16 AM

No no no...if there's going to be a male version (which gets MY vote), there's only one name that would now fit... "Sunrise" I'll leave the imagery up to your imagination... :)

Xena ( ) posted Sat, 20 April 2002 at 3:33 AM

LMAO @ Chrome. Obvious choice ;) A matching male version would be sweet. No pressure or anything LOL

Ironbear ( ) posted Sat, 20 April 2002 at 4:17 AM

Or maybe the male version should be called "Mockingbird"

Ironbear, sometimes I don't know which is scarier: The bad puns, or the fact that I get them immediately... :) Now get outta the way, you're blocking the Baywatch babes! snick!

Ironbear ( ) posted Sat, 20 April 2002 at 4:26 AM

Took me several minutes to respond, Chrome... I was laughing too hard to type. ;] We'd better hope CharlieBrown doesn't wander into this thread or the punnishment will get really aweful.

Ya know, now that I LOOK at her close...she DOES sorta resemble Slappyhoho from Bun-Bun's Black Ops Elves....hmmmm...

Ironbear ( ) posted Sat, 20 April 2002 at 4:47 AM

That fatman had best watch out... she looks like she could wreck the International Santa Conspiracy without Bub-bun's help. ;]

Styxx ( ) posted Sat, 20 April 2002 at 5:59 AM

Male version on his way folks :) Thanks so much for all the great comments!

Valandar ( ) posted Sat, 20 April 2002 at 11:15 AM

I say the Male Version should be named Cuervo. And have lots of blades... "Cuervo the Carver"... and maybe have a bizarre little worm on his shoulder...

Okay folks, here's the male counterpart to Tequila. I'm stuck on a name, though. So here's the deal: I'm running a contest. The duration of the contest is from Sunday April 21 to Friday April 26. Whoever *I* think comes up with the best name for him wins the couple. His name should "fit" with hers somehow, but please, don't limit yourselves to drink names (I am *not* calling him 'fuzzy navel' or 'sex on the beach' lol!) I'm still working on this texture, and they'll both have probably 3 each once I'm done. Plus they'll have their own weapons. I'm even including poses for them. Now, remember, these *aren't* just suits for Mike and Vickie! They are 100% original mesh characters! I'll include a wire frame render shortly so you can see (I'm only saying this because I've had about 3 people ask if they'll 'fit' Mike and Vic). So! Just post your ideas here, and come Friday I'll choose the winner!

Sacred Rose ( ) posted Sun, 21 April 2002 at 12:15 AM

What about calling them 'The Advocates' Tequila and Bender ;-)

Sacred Rose ( ) posted Sun, 21 April 2002 at 12:16 AM

btw..they kick serious @ss!!! (as usual)

lalverson ( ) posted Sun, 21 April 2002 at 12:48 AM

If she looked a touch more egyptian, she would be the banshhe character I've been attempting for years. But she's glose enough.. i want her, and I want her now....heh heh.. I'll wait till she ready tho..don't wanna rush real artistry..

Ms_Outlaw ( ) posted Sun, 21 April 2002 at 1:18 AM

Sunshine... Tequila sunshine... umm okay maybe not... Serious name idea Coquila Got that from a type of Tequila Coquila Chocolate Cream Tequila, sounds good... though never had Tequila at all so couldn't tell ya.

depakotez ( ) posted Sun, 21 April 2002 at 1:25 AM

"Twisted" was my first thought, but I think that was more a reaction. However I think he looks like a "Nocturn" or "Damos" My nickle.

caffeineguy ( ) posted Sun, 21 April 2002 at 1:30 AM

How about Shott or Shotts?

Elsina ( ) posted Sun, 21 April 2002 at 1:33 AM

They are great! I would go for something like Thunder or Thor..Torge or Tyr (father of the giants).

I vote for "Mescal" as a play on "max-kill" and also being another spirit made from the agave cactus, just like Tequila.

lots of things go with tequila, but i guess the most obvious would be tequila & slammer...or Hammer & Tequila..but i think my favourite is still calling them 'the Advocates - Tequila and Bender'

depakotez ( ) posted Sun, 21 April 2002 at 1:54 AM

Murdock? Another thought.

How about Raicilla or a derivitive of? Raicilla is the oldest alcohol spirit known to man and was drunk by the indian high priests, even before mezcal, and was considered a very mild hallucinogenic. Heh, all those years of bartending in a biker bar taught me something after all. ;)

In the corperate world, when a subject during a meeting befores a problem, the head of the meeting will normally suggest "Taking the matter OFF-Line." So maybe in certain instances. If the matter was very problematic, He may suggest taking it to "Offline...Herr Offlein.."
