i want a wireframe picture of a model in poser, but my wireframe is this really ugly pink colour for some reason is there any way to change that? it's really really annoying

Yes, change the foreground color and the wireframe will show in whatever color you select............. Krel

it doesn't thoughhh i tried changing the foreground, and it does nothing when i put it to wireframe view, it's still the same colour :(

Yep, go to Display/Foreground Colour and make a selection. You can also click on the top small circle bottom right of the document window. Crtl+click for the windows colour picker.

what small circle? i tried the display/foreground colour thing, it doesn't work i pick a colour, but there's no change still the same old ugly pink wireframe
PhilC posted Mon, 22 April 2002 at 6:36 AM
Oh OK, now with the model selected go to Display/Figure Style (or Element style if it is a prop)/ Use Document Style.
RaysOfLight posted Mon, 22 April 2002 at 6:41 AM
it doesn't give me that option apparently it's a prop, because i can only choose element style, and figure style is grayed out the only option that sounds anything like the one you said, is "use figure style" in Display/Element Style i tried that, and nothing changes what am i doing wrong? is it something that only propack can do?

What colour are your lights? Are you rendering it? I've assumed that you are talking about the unrendered image.
RaysOfLight posted Mon, 22 April 2002 at 7:13 AM
yeah, i am talking about the unrendered image you know how that little bar is down the bottom with the different kinds of viewing? i want to be able to click "wireframe" and have a black/white/green/anything-other-than-pink colour is it possible?
PhilC posted Mon, 22 April 2002 at 7:24 AM
I'm probably missing the blinding obvious... would not be the first time. :)
Changing the foreground colour should have done it. Would it be possible to send me the PZ3 or at least put up a screen shot?

I'm unable to create what you have im my version of Poser 4. Seeing the Metacreations name in your title bar I can only suggest that you get the latest update from Curious Labs and hope that fixes it. As far as I can tell you are doing everything right.
If it aint broke don't fix it..... but I think this is broke so fix it :)

I'm glad, too. "That Pink" is a color we often use for transparencies or place holders because it is something we'd never show in a final product. :p Carolly
