Can this be switched, please, so that the most recent messages are at the top rather than the bottom? I maintain IMs in the archive for two reasons: 1) I don't have time to answer an IM right away, so I keep it until I can; 2) some IMs contain info that I want to keep. It would be a lot more convenient if the IMs I want to respond to, which are the most recent ones, could be at the top of the list. Thanks.
